Be the Change Charleston, Inc. was founded in 2019 by Halie Tumbleston & Shaina Bermudez.
After working in both public education & private therapy for children & adolescents with disabilities, they worked together to develop the framework for Be the Change. They are currently developing a virtual individualized employment skill development program called Empowerment through Employment.
