How is my donation spent?
All of our expenses support our mission of empowering individuals with disabilities through community connection & employment opportunities. Our main focus is our Empowerment through Employment program: our one-of-a-kind employment skills training program based on our participants' self-directed goals & unique skillset. Overview
Since 2019, we have developed our Empowerment through Employment Program. Our board met and reviewed the program in February 2020 and voted to launch the program in March 2020. We were delayed by the start of Covid-19 pandemic. We regained our bearings & launched Empowerment through Employment in April 2022!
