We understand that caring for a loved one can take a toll on family members, which is why we provide adult day services that can give you a much-needed break in addition to benefits for your loved one. At Club Horizons, we are an adult day program that offers daily support and allows your loved one to return home in the evening. We take the time to understand exactly what it is that your loved one needs. We then develop a regimen that offers an array of activities to stimulate mental and physical well-being. But most of all, we work to enhance your loved one’s self-esteem and help them maintain their sense of independence.
Medical equipment can be expensive. That’s why VitalitySC offers their equipment lending service free of charge to anyone that may need it to live a full life.

We believe all persons including those with disabilities, should be able to participate in their community. At Walton Options, we promote equality, inclusion and independence through Personal Choice, Personal Responsibility, Community Access, Education and Employment. Our goal is to help each person find and utilize the necessary, available resources on their personal journey to independence.
South Carolina Community Options
Independent Living Program
Community Options believes in the dignity of every person, and in the freedom of all people to experience the highest degree of self-determination. Embracing this philosophy, Community Options works with individuals with significant disabilities through residential services, day programs, social enterprises that employ individuals with disabilities, high school transition programs, and specialized programs for respite and medically fragile adults. As a national agency, Community Options seeks to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in the community through person centered and natural supports, and collaboration with community partners to increase accessibility to services
BCI now provides services to more than 800 children, teens and adults in Berkeley County with a staff of more than 250 employees. Our board of directors and staff are people with family members who have disabilities, as well as individuals focused on providing the best possible services for people with disabilities.
Project Rex is a treatment initiative dedicated to providing services to children on the autism spectrum and their families. The program is affiliated with the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston, SC.
Charleston Children's Therapy Center
We are a multidisciplinary pediatric practice headquartered in the Charleston area. Our team consists of highly trained therapists who are dedicated to ongoing education and the acquisition of advanced pediatric skills. We provide services both inside the clinic and in the patient's home.
South Carolina Continuum of Care
The Continuum of Care is a South Carolina state program that serves children with serious emotional or behavioral health diagnoses whose families need help keeping them in their home, school or community. The Continuum helps children and families using Wraparound, a team-based approach to caring for families with complicated needs.
